Construction Management
Our Construction Management services provide complete coordination, oversight, and quality control from concept through completion. As the owner’s trusted advocate, Fletco works closely with your architect and project consultants to make sure every detail is accurate, cost-efficient, and practical to build.
With a dedicated Construction Manager guiding the process, clients receive expert support at every stage. We combine architectural vision with construction know-how to create a smooth, informed, and efficient building experience. This collaborative approach gives owners the transparency, guidance, and confidence they need in every project decision.
Construction Management at Risk
Construction Management at Risk is a proven way to reduce uncertainty, control costs, and protect the owner. With CMAR, Fletco acts as your dedicated construction manager, providing guidance throughout the design process while taking responsibility for delivering the project within a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
In the public sector, CMAR gives owners the advantage of a trusted construction partner who manages procurement, coordinates project teams, and ensures the project stays on budget and on schedule. Private clients can achieve the same level of collaboration and cost control through a Preconstruction Consulting agreement followed by a GMP contract.

Design Build
Design-Build is Fletco’s most popular project delivery method and for good reason. This approach combines design and construction under a single contract, giving owners one trusted partner and a clear point of responsibility from start to finish.

Ideal for clients who already have a strong relationship with their contractor, Design-Build lets Fletco’s team work closely with you to develop the project’s design, scope, and objectives from the earliest stages. From there, we create a detailed estimate, schedule, and final construction contract with complete transparency.

By integrating design and construction into one process, Design-Build helps reduce costs, speed up timelines, minimize coordination challenges, and increase overall project value. With Fletco managing every phase, owners enjoy a smoother workflow, faster decision-making, and a seamless path to a successful build.
General Contracting
Also known as “hard bid,” this project delivery method follows a competitive bidding process. Owners work with an architect to fully develop the project’s design and construction documents, which are then submitted to Fletco for a detailed, fixed-price proposal based on the exact scope and specifications.

Hard Bid provides upfront cost certainty and allows owners to compare competitive bids from multiple contractors. With a complete set of drawings, Fletco can deliver a clear, comprehensive scope that aligns with the project’s design intent and budget. While contractor involvement during design is limited, our team ensures transparency, accuracy, and disciplined execution from the moment the contract is awarded through final completion.
